Decathlon arrived in Canada in 2018, with its first store opening in Brossard, Québec. Today, Decathlon Canada has over 1,000 teammates, more than 15 stores, two distribution centers, and an e-commerce platform that services our mission: make the benefits of sports accessible to as many people as possible. What you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Service Sport Advisor, you are the first and last point of contact for our users. You represent the face of Decathlon Metrotown, ensuring every visit ends on a high note.
Welcoming Users: Greet our customers with energy and help them navigate our store and services.
The "Finish Line": Handle checkouts and returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive transaction experience.
Member Advocacy: Promote the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member and help users join our community.
Omnichannel Support: Assist with "Click & Collect" orders and help customers find products through our e-commerce platform.
Department Support: Provide support to teammates in other departments and assist with store events.
Safety & Standards: Ensure the welcome desk and checkout areas are clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
