In 2018, Décathlon set up shop in Canada with the opening of its first store in Brossard. Today, Decathlon Canada is nearly 1,000 employees, 20 stores, a distribution center and an e-commerce platform dedicated to our mission: to move humanity through the magic of sport.

What you'll do

• You will advise customers and sports enthusiasts, guiding them in their choices and responding to their needs.
• You ensure that the display is impeccable, to guarantee that products are always available and within easy reach.
• You welcome, listen to and dialogue with our customers to ensure their expectations are met.
• Communicate the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member by telling them about the store's exclusive services.
• Facilitate transactions at the checkout and ensure efficient returns management.
