What You’ll Be Doing
The Court Sidekick: You’ll guide our sport users through our range of rackets, shoes, and gear, ensuring they have exactly what they need to succeed.
Grow the Game: You’ll promote Decathlon memberships, building a local community of racket enthusiasts.
Stay Match-Ready: You'll handle the "finish line" (the checkout) with speed and a smile, making sure every customer experience is a winner.
Level Up Your Game: You’ll take charge of your own growth through Decathlon University training and regular feedback sessions.
