  • - Keep the shop floor dynamic, well-merchandised, and fully stocked.
  • - Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient stock availability.
  • - Promote Decathlon services, memberships, and omnichannel solutions while supporting daily operations.

  • - Passionate and knowledgeable about at least one of the following: tennis, badminton, or golf.
  • - Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • - Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative on the shop floor.
  • - Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • - Flexible to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
