Who we are
Decathlon arrived in Canada in 2018, with its first store opening in Brossard, Québec. Today, Decathlon Canada has over 1000 teammates, 15 stores, two distribution centers, and an e-commerce platform that services our mission: make the benefits of sports accessible to as many people as possible.

Profile
Your mission :
Ensure health and safety across the region while supporting store performance through strong operational foundations. Functionally lead Store Operations Leaders in their local mission, share best practices between stores, and develop team autonomy through training, coaching, and regular follow-up.

Your profile :
6–9 years of retail experience with progressive responsibilities.
Leadership experience in retail operations (ex: Store Operations Leader, Store Manager, Warehouse Leader, Maintenance/Construction Leader, Project Manager).
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, merchandising standards, and inventory management.
Be bilingual (French and English), as you will be communicating with the country.
Able to coach and develop leaders.
Customer-focused and results-driven.
Collaborative and able to work across multiple stores and stakeholders.
Comfortable taking initiative, testing solutions, and improving processes.
Agile and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
